About Me

 Hello, my name is Mickie and I am a single mother, living in Fawley. 

Photography has always been a passion of mine and something I have enjoyed doing for years.  

 When I lived abroad in Northern Cyprus I found myself constantly taking photos. 

The beaches, the sunsets and the overall scenery always had me in ore and I knew I had to snap a picture of it all. But I wasn’t satisfied with the pictures on my phone, I wanted to get the best out of these beautiful pictures. So I decided to pursue my passion and get myself a professional camera. I couldn’t put it down! Taking photos of the animals in the area, the skies, the sea and the people and family around me. 

 Not long after obtaining my new camera, I was then given an amazing opportunity to be part of the media team for the rally’s that took place in North Cyprus. It felt amazing! Being able to take pictures of these fast moving cars, drifting around bends and then sharing my photos after, for everyone to see. The thrill and excitement made me realise that this was what I wanted to do forever. 

 After moving back to the UK I had to put my camera away for a while.

 But I now want to release that passion in me again, get back into what I love and I’m so excited for the journey that lies ahead pursuing photography.
